We are not responsible for customs fees incurred on your order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Because of the nature of the books, there are no refunds on them. However, we will send you a replacement if there is a defect or substantial damages from transit. We do our best to send items in very secure and sturdy packaging, but if anything seriously goes awry please send an e-mail to sales@menplusmonsters.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can only exchange items for the same one, and only if there is proof of the item's damage being significant. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@menplusmonsters.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
