Checkout Issues:

PO Box Address: If you are shipping to a PO Box please enter the box number first. For example, enter “PO Box 1234” as “1234 PO Box”.

"Cannot Checkout / Ship to this Address": This shop only ships to certain countries that are OK with LGBTQIA+ and NSFW adult content, as well as Tarot Cards (sometimes the cards have been classified as playing cards i.e. gambling, and other countries will hold the packages in customs for a long time, so I cannot ship there).

An item I ordered is Out-of-Stock / labeled Final Sale / isn't listed in the shop anymore! Will I still be receiving that item?

Please rest assured that everyone will be getting every book and item in their order (or an equivalent if they were pre-ordered / crowdfunded and the project changed, which may happen) regardless of the in-stock and inventory status of the items purchased currently in the shop.

If you pre-ordered or bought an item from my shop, even if it isn't listed anymore or if it is out of stock, you will receive that item - the shop lists stock that is NOT ordered already. Ordering reserves an item for the buyer, and when something is out of stock, that means no more can be bought from then onward. Already-sold items are still there, and waiting to be shipped out. 





All orders will always have all items coming to them, regardless of wait time.





Items become out of stock when all inventory has been ordered. Items labeled Final Sale are intended to not to be printed again, and so they are the last stock of their kind. An item not listed in the shop anymore may be out-of-stock for a long time, may have been a Final Sale item, or may be an old item that was previously for pre-order but is now being crowdfunded (these refer to 2017-2019 items), limited edition items that were only for sale for a little while, or an item that was pre-order only.

Status of Pre-orders

If you have pre-ordered from the MEN PLUS MONSTERS Shop or the MM Etsy storefront, please rest assured that your order is being sent out as soon as the respective books are finished. Starting in December 2019, all orders will not be split between what is in stock and what is out of stock - this has been outlined in the FAQ before, but I have made exceptions for many, and with the amount of orders coming into the shop, this is no longer becoming feasible. 

Where is this store located?

MEN PLUS MONSTERS Shop is an online store collecting the printed and digital works of Aero Zero, located in California, in the United States of America. When ordering products, please keep in mind that orders from outside the US might take longer because of customs and transit.

Additionally, NSFW items may only be purchased by people 21+ and older. While the shop's products clearly mark each item as intended for a mature audience or not at the top of product descriptions, the shop's owner does not take responsibility for those who purchase without this in mind.

I ordered something safe for work - what will my shipped package look like / contain?

All shipping is in a plain white box for books, and smaller items like keychains are shipped out in bubble mailer envelopes. For combination orders, items are shipped together in a package that the largest item dictates.

Safe for work books come with a safe for work business card and safe for work extras, however the return address says Men Plus Monsters and there are links to the MEN PLUS MONSTERS sites printed on the extras and books. If extra discretion is required re: the shipping address' name, please let us know via the Special Instructions To Seller section when viewing your cart - thanks so much :3

I ordered something NSFW - what will my shipped package look like / contain?

NSFW items come with a small bonus items clearly stating the links to MEN PLUS MONSTERS affiliated sites, and the return address says Men Plus Monsters.  If extra discretion is required, please let us know via the Special Instructions To Seller section when viewing your cart - thanks so much.

My order has both SFW and NSFW items - what will my shipped package look like / contain?

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Due to the nature of the items for sale, there are no refunds.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes - however international shipping is more expensive than domestic orders, and international shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. I do not take responsibility for customs fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?

I usually ship orders in batches once a week on average, and after I ship packages I will send you a message to your specified e-mail with a tracking number for your convenience. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 3 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 6-10 days up to 2-3 weeks, although holidays may delay this. After I ship your package, the postal service is then responsible for delays or other happenstance regarding the delivery of your book / merch.
